Step :

- Extract The Files from Download
- Open SparkIV
- Click "Edit Mode" at the top
- Copy "uppr_diff_000_a_uni.wtd" to Rockstars Games / Grand Theft Auto IV / pc / models / cdimages / playerped.rpf
- Then Import Images and and select the images that have been downloaded ( uppr_diff_000_a_uni.png.png )
- After you close it there was word to save, and select yes
- Now Copy the "head_000_r.wdr" and "head_diff_000_a_whi.wtd" to Rockstars Games / Grand Theft Auto IV / pc / models / cdimages / playerped.rpf too
- How to copy ? you just Click "Edit" Button then click "Add" and dont forget to Add the "head_000_r.wdr" and "head_diff_000_a_whi.wtd"
- After done Click "File" Button then Click "Rebuild"
- If you want to Equip the Shirt, just Equip your first Shirt Grand Theft Auto IV
- Enjoy !!! :D

NB : Besure you Backup your original "playerped.rpf" file Replaces: uppr_diff_000_a_uni.wtd , head_000_r.wdr , head_diff_000_a_whi.wtd
