REMOVED NORMAL MAPS DUE TO THEM NOT WORK UNTIL OPEN IV IS FIXED NOW THE MOD IS FILE SIZE IS SMALLER.

Open, Open IV or Spark IV and simply replace all the files with the ones in rar folder

I'm making a update to this to lower the file size on the wdr do to normals maps not working there's no point to having them present with this model so I'm removing them

@ Cisconetto also bump maps don't work on any player models or peds it's a problem with Open IV not importing them correctly once the guy fixes it I will re upload all my mods also that's why most of them are not uber detailed.
