LCPD Just like NYPD OFFICER...

This is nothing special but just a conversion of the strooper from the game to look like an NYPD Highway Patrol Officer, I know the boot texture is not perfect but i tried my best...

You can use Spark IV or OpenIV to replace m_y_cop_traffic.wdd, m_y_cop_traffic.wtd, m_y_cop_traffic.wdd into componentpeds.

You will need Simple native trainer to change your uniform.

The uniforn texture are made by me
Radio texture are made by me
The belt is made by someone from GPM
Everything are from the game
