Max Payne's 10th anniversary was on July 23, 2011! Celebrate that special occasion by downloading this mod, installing Max Payne 1 & 2, and chugging an entire bottle of painkillers to get you in the mood.
~CHANGES~
--------------
As of July 23rd 2011, I've updated Max Payne to version 2.0. Changes include:
-Fixed head rigging for the wounded outfits, less of a gap between neck and chest.
-Replaced duffle bag with another Max head. Same as default, except wounded. Use Simple Native Trainer to switch to this or a similar mod.
-Added classic flashback undercover outfit from Max Payne 1.
-Optional classic flashback texture replacements from Max Payne 1.
-Removed mipmaps from all textures, meaning textures will always be high resolution no matter your graphics settings.
--------------
While I haven't tested this in Grand Theft Auto IV personally, I have received several confirmations that it works there with some facial flaws. This mod was designed for Episodes From Liberty City: The Ballad of Gay Tony and that is what is recommended you play with. I'm not responsible for your Niko or Johnny breaking, so always make backups!
He's not flawless, but he does what he's supposed to do. I should probably mention he's going to be emotionless, as well. I didn't bother rigging his face properly. I don't like to give any excuses for errors in the download, but this isn't some professional download. I converted him because I like Max Payne and I thought others would like him too.
I converted Max's various costume changes to replace Luis' alternate jackets, pants, all of that. There's only 4, but at least you have some variety.
I'd also like to thank 3Doomer and quechus13 for their tireless support of putting up with my scrupulous errors and issues while exporting Max, as well as rappo and Ash_735 from the GTA Gaming forums for helping out with the upload issues. Can't forget Rockstar and Remedy Games for publishing and developing Max Payne 1/2 and the subsequent mod tools!
Installation information is included in the download.
My buddy Gentlemanne of Duece took the liberty of doing most of the screenshots for me.

9/10 becuse of some issues. Also it does work on cutscenes but like he said he didn't map the face so it looks alittle odd.
a revolution for player model after the minecraft mod
Just remember to use first clothes before replacing the file
EDIT: the bug is there's something strange in his head but it's not really noticable though
EDIT: worked on gta iv, besides the white thing in his face.
Can't wait to see more skins coming.
Make sure you back up the originals, though.
Also Chris Redfield from Resident Evil 5?
Some Call of Duty models?
Any of those would be so amazing, even more so than this mod.
10/10
I'm also very interested in doing a t-shirt, but bump mapping/normal mapping support is broken/glitchy. I'm not doing a t-shirt until that is fixed.
I prefer Max Payne 1 Max to 2 Max, but I felt Max from 2 would fit better in LC. I'll think about it. Call of Duty stuff would be difficult, mostly because of the multiple textures it uses for the torso/pants. You can only have one texture applied per torso/legs. There might be hacky ways around it, but I haven't quite played with that yet.
I should probably make it easier to notice this is for that TBoGT DLC.
