This may require a high end video card especially if you're using with a ton modded cars. This mod is very huge due to the fact that the bump maps are now added.

Open, Open IV or Spark IV and simply replace all the files with the ones in rar folder

Fuckin awesome. There's one problem, he lights up weird in the sun, but it isn't anything that bad.

Also, I got an awesome idea.

Make EVA for TLAD (motorcycles...)

And make... Sigint for TBOGT? Other than that this is mod is /solid./

(maybe touch up the body a tad more, but don't sacrifice performance.)
