N.B IV + options

This is basically a skin pack they are the same new skin I have made but with little changes I wanted to give people different hair options without changing to a totally different looking skin so there are 4 different hair styles plus three other hair files for those who use the bald skin with no beard and still want hair also there is 2 beard options for each hair style half beard and full beard anyways I put alot of time in to this so I hope you all enjoy it and thanks for downloading Replaces: Niko Bellic

Hey doc,did u stop making phone mods?I was thinking...its possible change not only the key color or theme but the phone design?No one did that yet!U re out of ideas about next skin!I have an idea but I don´t know how I can send u my photo!lol!U have more than 30 projects there(God help u!)...well,probably u work on 2 projects in the same time!One more question,any future project for the expansion?I still want 2 send u a pm but...That I know its impossible!B.H.!

I am unsure how in photoshop I could tell you how with paint.net actually with paint.net there is a addon for it that adds it I dont remember what addon but this might help with photoshop http://www.ronwatters.com/PSOpaque.html let me know if it does :)if it dont download the newest paint.net and and I will send you the effects you need installed to do it easy:)
