-Redid the M_Y_Cop model for TLAD.

-Fixed bug where the body armour spawned with rain coat pants.

---What Does This Mod Have?---
--M_Y_Cop--
-Short sleve texture for Black and Hispanic heads.
-New body armour model!
-Sergeant patch on long sleve shirt, jacket, and body armour.
-Added missing white head.
(TLAD ONLY)
-New voices.

--M_Y_STROOPER--
-Added Hispanic and Black heads.
-New/more long sleve textures.
-New jacket texture.

Only flaw I see is the arm model on the short sleeved cops, the rest is perfect, 10/10 nice work.

@sharp_nt6 Someone said that they will be doing that, so I don't plan on taking their idea.

@ZeLoyalK9 That's because it's the normal shirt model, it's just a texture. I didn't really want to fix that, I think it looked fine anyways. :)

Custo, my friend, I got an idea, for the Strooper, replace the hispanic head with the hispanic head used for the cops in EFLC (Guy with black hair and beard) It will look better than the current one, don't forget to use the TLAD one.
