This is probably just a little modification from the ped pack uploaded last week. This ped was there as kelly kelly, the WWE star.

Yeah i gave up on this one. We can give her three clothing colors, but thats it. We could make different hair colors if it would not be in two pieces. Because of that bottom hair sometimes spawns in different color then hair on her head. Unless somebody can explain if it's possible to spawn two different parts always together. Which in this case is uppr and head.
