Instructions:

- Open, OpenIV and locate your componentpeds.img (open it)
- Rename the 3 files I gave you to the name of the ped you want to replace
- Replace
- Save and Rebuild or whatever XD
- Done.

Model by: Activision
Textures by: Quechus13, Activision
Idea: ZZCOOL Replaces: any ped
