Open, Open IV or Spark IV and simply replace all the files with the ones in Alex Mercer rar

Also, if you would just rather have the jacket with hoodie just install only the uppr_000_u.wdr along with the corresponding file uppr_diff_000_a_uni.wtd

when i install the hoodie only, my game goes weird... the grand theft auto iv.bat is no longer responding causing my game to stop...

is there a reason why mine does not work?

is it because i have a hacked version?

I don't know why your doesn't work reinstall and try to just install the mod also, if you have installed some car mods and the values are wrong that may be the problem or certain alice and script mods may cause it to crash it can be a number of things I suggest just reinstall then try @ Kristo1995

List of bugs:

1.Head clips with hood

2.Player model it too tall

3.Clothing becomes invisible if you look "inside it"

4.When aiming head clips with hood and arms look odd

5.Face texture is too dark and hand texture doesn't match

These are the bugs on your mod that you didn't list. I would like you to post the bugs from now on so people don't have to waste time.

You need to stop messing with the proportions, try fiddling with specular shaders in 3DS Max, and spend more time on one player rather than releasing 4 half-assed ones a week.
