The hat does come off also so if you don't see the model with it when you load it's because it's not attached to the head model. To get it either use a trainer or go to the russian shop.

Installation
Open, Open IV or Spark IV and simply replace all the files with the ones in rar folder

Also, for the hats change player_p.wdd and player_p.wtd in pedprops with open IV or spark.
