I forgot to put how to install:

1. Open Spark IV

2. Open the file in playerped.rpf C: Program Files Rockstar Games EFLC TBoGT pc models CDImage

3. before replacing the files do a backup

4. replace

5. save files and close the program

6. open the game and be happy
