should be as simple as just backing up the playerped.rpf.

just replace the backed up original file with the one you editted

You can replace playerped.rpf in GTA IV\PC\Models\Cdimages for uninstall this mod.

download link :http://www.gta-downloads.com/en/gta4/file-backups/10674-models-cdimages-folder-backup.html

If you want to uninstall this mod. Download ....playerped.rar

How to install...

1.Exact the file

2.go to GTA IV\PC\Models\Cdimages

3.Replace playerped.rpf

*All the mods in playerped.rpf that you have installed will be lost
