Rigged and converted in GTA 4 by Nobeus

Creators of original model: R* Games. Game: Vice City, Texture by Vacooja

Model features:
-Tommy has a (beta) facial animation in game and in cutscenes, he can move his eyes, eyebrows, and mouth.
-Clothes has a different colors like original GTA 4 clothes.


ATTENTION!

Always make backup before install any mod!


Installation:
Use OpenIV for replace files in playerped.rpf archive with replacement of existing.

But i can't upload him with head, because of hair bug. OnePiece, creator of HD model, can't fix it right now.

Maybe i can make peds, but it is a long work) but i will try soon.

P.S. maybe i will make a new version of Tommy with full facial animation and without any bugs.

Nobeus, can you please make Vladimir Makarov from MW2 with facial animation and all that awesome shit please?

And also make resize his head to fit headprops.
