Armoured Car Hijack v2
This mod will enable a convoy of vehicles to spawn at the "Civilization Committee" building just south of the Albany Avenue safehouse in Algonquin (building which gives 4 star wanted level for trespassing). The convoy will follow a route around Algonquin, making stops to pickup money at 5 locations. After each stop, the armoured car will be carrying more cash.
The objective is to steal the armoured vehicle and return it to a dropoff point before being killed or having the vehicle destroyed. If you make it to the dropoff, you will be rewarded with cash from the heist, however, you will still need to escape any remaining pursuers as well as any police whose attention you may have drawn.
There are multiple ways to get the armoured car which are all viable.

@Policefanatic - Did you set the "daysBetweenPickups" value in the .ini? If you want them to spawn immediately after just spawning, this value needs to be set to 0. Otherwise, you need to wait until "X" number of days has passed (where X is the "daysBetweenPickups" value). You can check the number of days passed in game in the STATS section, and number of days passed in the mod will be in the .ini under DATA/daynumber. (If your "daynumber" value is zero after running the mod, set it to 1).

It crashes when the truck shows up.
@matt19811 - How many modded vehicles do you have, and do any of them spawn in the convoy? Other scripts should not interfere (at least none that I use, except Fire Department occasionally) with this mod, but when I used more than a couple modded vehicles, it would crash more. Check the update later, it will have an option to determine how many off screen cars get deleted when the convoy spawns.
@THED - I only have the DLC on the console, so I am not sure why it would crash. Do the vehicles used not exist in EFLC (stockade, cognoscenti, nrg900, huntley)?
@CoSm1cgAm3r - If they drive patient, it literally takes 20 minutes to do one run (if traffic doesn't get stuck, which usually happens), and these guys aren't exactly legal, which is why they are not armoured guards. About the high damage, I use higher damage as well and have never seen them set themselves on fire. And the bikes are there because I like the fact they can drive offset from the cars. Only cars spawn after you are in the vehicle.

@powler - I will release an official update in the next couple of days that will allow you to choose which vehicle models spawn. Be warned that replacing the bikes with cars may cause the convoy to drive erratically due to the proximity to the other cars.
@matt19811 - The custom vehicle selection will allow you to change the vehicles in case any are not in EFLC. This may help the problem.
Also, for anyone whom the convoy is not spawning, remember when reloading a save game, you may need to set the "dayNumber" setting back as well as it will be ahead of the game date, thus will not spawn anything until at least that day arrives.
My settings are now this,
dayNumber = 1
daysBetweenPickups = 0
showMoneyTruck = 1
spawnDelay = 30
spawnDelete = 5
Make option in INI file to disable this crazy driving convoy for those patient players (like me. I dont care I can even wait 30min to get convoy to get full amount of money[which should be random]). Make other options like spawning time for those mobsters when player drive AT They spawn to fast and there are to many of them. Police spawning insanely fast so it makes it impossible to finish. And add disabling option for those insane rocket man. Police dont give a %!## and they just firing like crazy. Im playing with great script which is arrest warrant but when using your mod is IMPOSIBLE to play. I got wanted level everytime I got out of hospital because when I try to take over AT police always interfere so when I try to get through them and kill them I got 4-6 stars and when they kill me i start from hospital with high alert and police when see me they make wanted level back. Even if I will make bribe meating I spent lots of money then I got to convoy and police interfere again so Im getting 4-6 stars again. mobsters and police get over me and all of them fire at AT which im driving. Police 4-6 stars + 4 cars of mobsters with automatic weapons then those %!$@^@ rocket man. THIS IS MADNESS! Player lose more money than can earn on this convoy mission because it is so hard with "arrest warrant" script which I like a lot and I will not disable it. So please make many options in ini file for people to set their own difficulty level. For me now it is IMPOSSIBLE to finish mostly because police and mobsters attack me like madmans and even If I got handling moded that makes AT very resistant to gunfire it still got tires vulnerable and they always pop all my tires so escaping from those madmans with rocket launchers is IMPOSSIBLE! I lose all my money and earning nothing so this script makes my game impossible for earning money. I tested other mod from net called "robbery mod" but this one is much to easy for me and is completely not editable. So Im still got no script/mod for earning money in game for my "arrest warrant" gameplay. I must pay bribes but I cannot earn money in way that I would be satisfied. Please make your script more editable.
@matt19811 & XxDarkxX - Not sure why you guys are having trouble with the spawns. When I test, they spawn every time. There will be a new version out today (pending approval & testing).
The new update includes the following:
-ability to turn street rockets on or off
-ability to choose vehicles that spawn in convoy (choose two seaters to make it easier
-ability to choose vehicles that chase you
-ability to make convoy obey traffic
-ability to create your own route with pickups
I will not change the rate of spawns of the guys chasing you, as I feel it is way too easy without the rockets as is.

I used many scripts that make my game very hard so thats why I asked you to make your script modable so I can make your script easier because my game is already f*** hard. Why you didnt understand that.... Ok anyway thanx for making it more editable. But still u are little stubborn because you dont want to make spawn time editable of those taking over mobsters. Please understand that some people like to make scripts to their liking but got no skill in making scripts. I dont know nothing about scripting Im just moding games and editing values but not to make games easy for me. Im mading them more challenging. U script as alone one maybe is dificult enaught but I added many scripts edited them and edited other files too. All I asked you was to make ability to change as many things as possible to make it fit for everybody. Look how modable is "arrest warrant" angry amoeba did it very editable. Anyway thanx for changes u did. We will see if this is making game crashes or script errors.

@Cosmic - Sorry for the misunderstanding, but look at that post. A lot of CAPS and !!! sets a certain tone. The chasing spawns are not based on time, they are based on a number of factors, which is why I cannot make an easily editable variable to change it. You can change the vehicles to two doors which will only spawn two people in them. Might make it easier.
Update will be tomorrow. I forgot to add definable speeds for the custom routes, and would like to, but is too late now.
But for now lets help you to make this one work without problems.
As for spawning guys trying to take back AT they spawn to close. Really to close. They almost spawned from back of AT when I was just driving slowly and watching backward. Sad to hear that there is no way to make spawn delay after they are eliminated. I was hoping to set about 4-8 seconds delay. But maybe there is way to make it spawn more far away and they will make their way to AT that would make it instead of time delay :)

@Cosmic - I need to add employees to my business mod before focusing on any new ones. You will be able to set up a custom route with the update, so you can work with that for the first idea. The guys spawn so close to increase the difficulty, otherwise they have a hard time catching up to the player. I have altered it so they will spawn a bit back further, but not much. Maybe in the future I will add an option to determine how far back they spawn. Not sure when though.

@matt19811 - Glad it finally worked for you, and thanks. Feel free to use whichever vehicle works, they will still be bullet, explosion, and fire proof (until you get in them of course).
@powler - Always open to ideas, mod time will be hit and miss for the next little while though (except some bugs with this one).
I have added employees to the boatyard (a new business which will be in the update) and almost have it set the way I want (need to figure out how to draw text better :)). Once the first is finalized, the others will go much faster. Haven't touched it in a few days though due to real life. Keep an eye on the mod here, or you can check the thread at GTAforums, I will bump it when I update.
Please let me know if you resolve the issue with this script, as only Cosmic and yourself have said there are crashes, and I cannot crash it consistently, but would like to fix it if I can. Thanks.
I have had this script installed since I made it and have yet to crash because of it. I was even running ambulance mission testing, and the convoy spawned, ran its course, and disappeared. No crashes.
If you know the script error, or can PM me the log, it would help a lot.
@SuperSvekke - Who has the RPG's? That setting only stops the RPG carrying guys from spawning in the street. Some of the car passengers still carry them, and will use them if you stop and they get out of the car.
seems to crash every now and then when using the Realism Traffic/Pedestrian Mini-Mod but, pretty cool mod. Any new updates coming soon?

@s373ns - I am working on a way to alleviate the crash issue, it would appear to be caused by the sudden spawn of so many vehicles and peds.
