LMAO, this mod is too fun!!!! I just love getting a bunch of stars, cops chasing me, then wham!!!!, let em have it with the 3rd level. Should see how far the Helicopters get sent...too funny man. 10/10.
To the people having trouble:
1. Place the .ini file into the main GTA directory.
"C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTAIV
2. Place the .dll file into the "scripts" folder in your GTA directory.
As far as editing the ini file, don't, just fine the way it is.
I have some clips saved of my Blastforce mahem I will put together in a vid and upload it on here soon. I have yet to actually even play with the vid editor. Been having too much fun playing the game....And P*n off the cops...HEHEHE!!!
