^^Welcome to PC modding. carboHAX should have make it only work with Free Mode and Party Mode, though.

Anyways, does this make it possible to play multiplayer with a trainer installed?

Guys you can mod any file in the common its works in every gametype dont use trainers...

^^Thanks for the info; and I don't use trainers in the match, I just don't want to have to uninstall it every single time I want to play multiplayer.
