Listen to Internet Radio while you're playing GTA IV.

Default key: ALT+F1 (ON/OFF)
Put it in GTA IV scripts folder

Configuration file: InternetRadio.ini

This mod does not replace the GTA IV radio, you can disable radio by using GTA options.

done really well, especially the ini. I don't know much about internet radio I guess i'm looking for an m3u or something i tried a pandora url which i figured it wouldnt work, it said it started in game but it didnt work. Wish i could find a pandora m3u link

@bmn .pls file is not supported, if you want, if you tell me the name of the radio that you want to listen, I'll try to find a working file for it.

@matt19811 If your Windows Media Player can open the file, the script can open it too. Compatible files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/245608/en-us

@thespears Yes, as I said on the description "This mod does not replace the GTA IV radio, you can disable radio by using GTA options.". You can use it anywhere you want.

@fulmjacket It's working. You need to press ALT+F1, not only F1! You can change the second key (F1) in the configuration file.

Ok sorry I had NosMod on alt key I could turn on but not off. I deleted my prev. comm. so not to junk up comm. list. OMG now mod is waiting approval WTH>.

moreover i have a bug with this mod...i have copied all 2 file in gtaIV/script (i use the 1.0.7.0 steam! ) but...when i running the game and ,i press ALT+F1 nothing happen...whi? (i already install scriptook)

@bmn: You should copy the files in gtaiv/scripts folder not script folder. Check if you have "ScriptHookDotNet.asi" in your gta iv main folder, because ScriptHook and ScriptHook NET it's not the same. The configuration for the radio station that you want is:

Radio name=TECHNO4EVER

Stream URL=http://tunein.t4e.dj/main/dsl/mp3

@fulmjacket You can't add more than 1 radio. Maybe will update it to add more radios, but for the moment only one radio. Not necessary to add volume keys, because it works with windows volume control. Just use your volume keys in your keyboard.

@Tori: Lo siento, pero parece que esta radio sólo funciona con flash player, y no puedo encontrar el stream. Si quieres que busque otra radio que quieras escuchar, la buscaré con mucho gusto!

I set it up like this and it just keeps alt+tabbing my game out and say windows media cannot play this file:

Great mod! Include volume key and if you can add support for .pls

And volume keys on keyboard controls whole sound card, then I can't hear car, dialogs, etc.!

this is stupid. if you could heard it only while you're in a car it would be awesome! but this way? i dont need a radio mod, just let the radio play a start the game,, whats the difference. . useless mod.

@petkkko the advantage is that you can turn the radio on/off by only pressing a key, and I think that if you can hear the radio when you're out of your car it's an advantage. For some people this mod is useful, only for this, I'm happy :)

I think what etheblack meant by volume control was to be able to control the volume of the radio in relation to the other gta sounds.so that the music wouldn't be set at one volume, blasting over the game sound effects and speech. the volume control would only affect the volume of the internet radio stream.

Thanks for your work on this. I'm hoping that in the future games will have more ability to use available internet radio streams.

P.S. Bluemars uses .pls files, but the workaround i used was to just open the .pls file in notepad and copy the stream url from it, and paste that next to "Stream URL="
