u have to have the asi loader(dsound.dll) and the c++ script hook(scripthook.dll)copyed to ur gta4 dir folder and the asi mod u want(mod that write with this type of file ".asi) and u have to have the gta4 v1.0.0.4 patch installed and than it will work for ya hope i helped :)!
