follow this tut to start modding ur gta 4. i had trouble modding my gta4 till i followed that tut step by step. Im using xlive.dll idk if its any diff from others but it works.

the description is wrong it's not about what version of your mod to work, there on what game or GTAIV EFLC.

It is made to work with 1.0.7.0,and it works with EFLC.yes,it will work with car mods and skin mods.it also works online,but only with a person with all the same mods as you.[Shiek],explain what you have in your GTA,and mabey i can help.

Works fine for me, on 1.0.4.0. Much better for single player than FirstResponse, and seems to use less resources. Good options, $5 to repair your car any time.

Dont use this mod! Use LCPD:First Response. It is much better than this. You can choose a car, a character and you will drive around Liberty City pulling over people and arresting others! If they pull a gun, do a gunpoint arrest! if they fire, SHOOT EM! It is an amazing mod. It is 100% free and has its OWN INSTALLER! Google "GTAIV LDPCFR" and you should go to gtapolicemods.com Oh yeah and I forgot to mention, you get called into other missions such as robberies which you can respond/ignore.

dude great mod probably the best ive seen since left 4 liberty. is it possible you can add like a terrorist bombsite in the next update like you have to clear out terrorists that have taken hostages next to the bomb then disarm it before it goes off?
