By reading the included readme, where it is stated that in order to use this in free and party mode, you need to use Alexander Blade's filecheckfix, a link is provided in the readme.

In a future update could you maybe make it easier to use the animations? It gets annoying if you know what animation you need (like for a video) and you have to scroll through hundreds of animations to find it.

Hey, sjaak. I've post a video on YouTube on how to install this trainer and etc, but dozens and dozens of people have the same problem, which is that error after installing the ASI Loader. The error "GTA IV has stop working". People ask me how does that error is fixed and why does it happens, but I don't know what to answer to people. Any idea on how to fix it or prevent it? And why does it happens?

The trainer is awesome!! The only thing that I'm not sure about is the fact that when you spawn a car, it's off the ground. 4.1 was fine in that you could spawn hundreds of cars in a line however, when you do on 5.0 they spawn a car height higher than the previous one, creating a giant set of car stairs!! Can this be fixed?

I have also noticed a problem with this version. It only launches every second or third game, so I have to quit and re launch the game in order for it to work.

The problems are getting worse. The trainer either doesn't launch, or it does but you can't scroll through the sub menu's and only a few random short cut keys work. what's going on?

@Cropsz, the first problem is indeed fixed by launching the game as administrator, the second problem should be handled by filecheckfix, if it doesn't you need to address it with the author of that mod. @ megalomania, no idea about the car spawning problem you are experiencing, that doesn't happen on my game, and car spawning hasn't changed since version 1.0 of the trainer which was released almost a year ago. Regarding the last problem you are reporting, that's simple, another mod or something else in YOUR game, keybindings again are use the same code as over a year ago. Not something I can fix, you need to isolate the offending mod yourself, as it is specific to your installation.

It's really very simple :)

To re-enable the trainer simply press Right Control + Right Alt +E at the same time.

@rem64 yes you can, just set VehicleComponents=0 in trainer.ini and the old functionality is restored.

no, i've reinstalled my game bacauce ENB series fucked up my .EXE so the game doesn't worked at all so the only mod i have is: HID headlights, visualIV (those two doesn't make any crashes) and so i have ur trainer but it can't be ur trainer. oh.. and so i have the patch 1.1.2.0. that's all "moded" i have in the game. have u noticed that the 1.1.2.0 patch DECRYPT all the files?? i noticed that when i looked inside the files and i haven't used the file unlocker :O

Yep, the files are back to being unencrypted. The error you are having mostly happens with car models, either replaced or added cars, and is not caused by a trainer, that runs native code (hence the name). Sometimes, it even happens if you yourself don't have any added cars, but other do on a MP match. If you crash on SP, it is definitely a model problem, not a script mod problem.

oh i've just readed that a guy asked about it could be the savegames and the answer was yes and my savegames is from 1.1.1.0 (before i uninstalled the game) and when i installed the game again i installed the new patch before i'd loaded a savegame so maybe that's the problem :P

Yes that is most likely the problem, especially if you had added cars, or weapons on that save game, as internal id's change if that happens.

yeah i've added cars and replaced weapons before i deleted the game and now on my TLaD save where i should have 2 of Johnny's hexer instead of two then i have one hexer and an innovation (which i don't know where is comming from :/)

You can already, use the added cars functionality, you still need to manually add the vehicles to the game.

Love this trainer but I'm having a problem with the cops. When they are in cars they dont move, they just sit in the middle of the street and do nothing. And when I have a wanted level they don't come after me or anything, even if I have them set to engage me and dispatching.

Hi,

I placed the scripthook, trainer asi and ini files in the game dir as well as the dsound.dll and the filefix files. when i launch gta iv as administrator I get to past the loading and to Niko Bellic's room. When i press a movement key the game crashes. Does anyone have any suggestions?

^ all you need to do is open up that word document in the archive called readme.doc, in there search for asi loader, and you will find three links to different asi loaders (you only need one), I recommend you use alexander blade's asi loader.

Ok, then just update I would say. Are you sure you're on 1.0.7.0, check GTAIV.exe, right click this file, details,and see what version you are actually running.

hey i downloaded this and all of the other req. to run this, doesnt crash and it works good BUT when im gonna choose something with numpad 5 i have to HOLD it in and like 10-20 seconds... like choosing "spawn vehicle" i have to hold it in, then gonna spawn an admiral, waiting another 10-20 seconds to get that done... please help me!!! a few weeks ago i could just press it and now i have to hold it >:( please help me!!! add me on skype: Buzz996

ahh, I see say blind man o.O

it's outdated, no longer has support and doesn't work with Hazard's DotNet (the very reason Hazard created yaasil).. so it's just logical that YAASIL and/or Xlive should be used vs Blade's (imo)

I do realize everyone's needs are different, but if 2 of the 3 work on everything, and 1 doesn't.. the 2 that work get my vote

Actually it DOES work with Hazardx's dotnet. I use the .net hook with blade's asi loader, in combination with some C++ mods as well, no problem :)

That's so weird my game work with ScriptHook 0.3.0 but not with the newest (0.5.1)

I use dsound.dll, FileCheckFix.asi, FirstPerson.asi and inGameTrainer.asi

@harout, this mod isn't ingame trainer, nor firstperson.asi. In any case, I presume you are not on latest patch (as otherwise you wouldn't be running filecheckfix), and the latest scripthook only runs on patch 7/patch 6 IV and patch 1/patch 2 EFLC.

You certainly can, in fact I tested all the versions of the game myself with the latest trainer (except of course 1.0.0.0, as that one will not work). I used blade's asi loader, but I don't see any reason, why it wouldn't work with xliveless. You just have to make sure, you use scripthook.dll for old patches, and rename it to scripthook.dll (the file is in the trainer archive), as the latest scripthook.dll will NOT work on anything but the latest two patches.

@markos, opening up the menu is as simple as hitting F3, if nothing happens, you might want to check that you actually have an asi loader, see readme for details.

@buzz996, probably something else binding to that key, change menukeyenter in the ini to another value, maybe 13 for enter.

@jk1617, there is this nice list of keyshortcuts in the readme, from memory the key is O+num7.

hey guys i used to have the same problem with the hook file and if all of you out there are having the same problems with the hook file that makes the game crash due to some problems trust me there is a new version that works just fine is beta but works perfect. ps sorry guys but i lost the link to it but just use google and you will find the version that im talking about

You can redifine the numpad keys to use different keys, search for numpad in trainer.ini.

No, added cars are cars that are ADDED to the game, not replaced. There should be a link in the readme with more info on adding cars.

Hi, i have been using the trainer alot and i really like it as im working on some map mods for the 360 and love the object spawner. but i now have a problem, tried to boot into the game this morning and the trainer wont work, it wont show the menu or let me use the hotkeys, iv tried reinstalling the trainer , iv also tried reinstalling the game and it still wont work. im running eflc - 1.1.2.0. hope someone can help me many thanks!!

This script worked awesome before I reinstalled the game, now I can´t spawn added cars it just says "invailed model" but actually I don´t think there´s a problem with the cars. I had this problem before like months ago, but I don´t know what I did last time so I´m asking you. It´s not just the trainer who´s fucked up, I can´t get the colors to work in Rollys hud and menu, I´ve tried like 100 times but I can´t get it to work. It´s just the colors the rest have I backuped. Need some help I think. Must be a setting for the game or something don´t know. Plz help.

Ok, I know my problem with gta is that gta doesn´t use my new files like handling.dat, vehicles.ide, carcols.dat hud.dat, hudcols.dat and some more files like these. So why doesn´t gta use the new ones when I overwrited the old ones with these. The game keep on using the old ones that shouldn´t exist after I have overwrited them. That also effects the added car spawning and the wrong hud color and maybe the laguna seca problem to. Do you know what the problem can be, any suggestions?

hi, the trainer was working fine with the game until I tried the do some vehicle modding (I did it before a lot but not while running a scripted mod) after I replaced a couple of vehicles the game runs but the trainer doesn't, when I returned the backup files (before adding vehicles) the trainer works again: why doesn't both run at the same time??

I must be the only retard that cant get this to work. I ve tried every combination of scripthook/xliveless or dsound. Still nothing. I wanna be able to spawn my added cars, and if I use the scripthook console, the model spawns but it has no wheels and shows up light gray. And I cant get in them. Can anyone gimme a hand?

it works verry good on patch 1.0.7 just place the files in the main directory it isnt that difficult, and open the trainer with f3/f4

I love having the features of this mod. It's a great trainer, i just dont like how it looks and there are too many options on the screen at one time usually. It's great, just overwhelming. Make the font larger and allow "scrolling". Also organize things, like everything for bodyguards be in its own section. Less clutter, better mod.

Hi all. Is there any way of increasing the saved clothes slots beyond 5? I'm working on a playerped file that so far has 10 characters in it. Would love to be able to save all of them for quick access.

While im here, it seems that all the menus for modded items (Added Cars, Clothes etc) are hidden deeply within the menu system. I dont want to spawn a Feltzer. I want to spawn my Lamborghini Revention. I so far have about 20 cars added and its painful to get to that menu frequently (ie bottom of the second page of the car spawning menu). Anyway, any solutions would make my weekend.

Great mod btw. Essential even.

Sjaak, absolutely awesome mod!!!! It has been my delight for the past few days!!!!

I changed many of the game's original cars but now I miss them a little. So I went on to try to add new cars but I found it a little tricky, even with the instruction on the link that you provided on the readme doc. Isn't there an easier way? I am having quite a bit of a hard time with constant hangups and "GTA IV has stopped working...

Does the "Task drive to waypoint" option work fine for you? I could not have my drivers sucessfully drive to the designated waypoint... I assigned eleven drivers each with its driving style but that did not help. And none were able to reach the intended destination.

Also, I tried to understand on my own, but I just cannot figure the driving styles. What does each style match to? Could you help?

Apart from there minor tweaks, the trainer is working great! Please provide some feedback!! Great work, congrats!

Who else have this bug when you spawn a bodyguard with a Pistol for example, you switch your weapon and the Bodyguard will switch to a MP5 which is quite irritating.

Hello, Tried looking all over the place but just coulnd't find what I am after

The trainer works for me in game I can spawn cars and all of that from the hot keys but... I can't open the menu.. i'll press the button and nothing happens no menu pops up on my screen i've tried pressing even random keys and still can't seem to get a menu.

any idea what I may be doing wrong or what I need to do to get the menu?

Everytime I start the mission "Payback" for Jimmy Pegorino through the mission select option of the menu, I would be unable to use either of the police computers. I thought it was cuz I was on a mission but it seems it wont work even when the mission is over. I tried every single police car, even ones spawned on the trainer, but none of them would allow me to access the police computer. Any help?

Did you park the police car then check the computer? just to make sure.. cuz in-game u cant use computer while driving.

the trainer sometimes just freezes for me example i spawn car it says manana spawned but its nowhere and the trainer freezes and then i need to reboot game to use it again

The trainer is EPIC!!!

It has so many features and it can do so much and i love it!

But now I'm running into a problem!

The trainer doesn't save my settings.. :(

I want certain stuff to be on everytime when i launch the game

I go to save my settings, press 5 to confirm and it tells me that my settings have been saved but when i close the game and start it up again, the settings aren't saved and i gotta turn everything on manually again..

Can anyone please help??

Hey,

i am using XLiveLess and I put the files in the "plugins" folder witch is in my GTA 4 main folder. I am using 1.0.4 so i renamed the "ScriptHook.dll - OLD PATCHES" to "ScriptHook.dll" and overwrote the file. Then the ScriptHook.dll is in the "plugins" folder gta sais to me that he can´t find ScriptHook.dll but then I put the ScriptHook.dll in the Main GTA 4 folder GTA sais to me

"?GetNativAdressFromAlternateHash@Game@@SAPAXI@Z" was not found in ScriptHook.dll"

(I have transleted the error massage a bit because i am German.)

I hope someone can help me!

I put all the trainers of all versions in the plugins folder but of you are using xliveless the scripthook.dll must be in yot gta main folder.

Outstanding, IF you follow the readme provided all should be well with your install no matter the patch ver. you may be running. Does what it says in a understandable gui and QUICK manner once you get used to the menu navigation controls ALSO INCLUDED in the readme.

Ok so here is my bug:

I downloaded and played GTA4 3-4 times I always used this trainer and it worked fine (1.0.4.0 and 1.0.7.0 version) But this time when i downloaded it and installed it the trainer wont respond to the numpad keys: I need to press numpad 5 atleast 10 times sometimes 20-30 which is very annoying I cant figure out why it doesnt work Sigma200 has the same problem

The Best mod ever by far but when i spawn a car then drive a little then spawn another car it says the car is spawned but it doesnt come up and the list freezes then i have to reload my game it is really frustrating. I have a hard time reading the text. It's way too flat (or "stretched"). Can I change this somehow?

This trainer called 'InGameTrainer' is organized much better, with menus and such.

I'm not saying it's "better" when it comes to features or anything, it's just that this one's messy.

I guess it fits this game's description though; Everyone has it, even though it's a mess. lol

- can't get my logitech g27 wheel to respond to combined keys e.g. J+num0 if it's not a ctrl or alt in combination with another.

- have a hard time reading the menu (even though I have 52" screen :D), maybe the colors?

I'm running this on the Steam version of the game, the 1.0.7.0 patch. It works pretty well, but I have to save very frequently since it causes my game to crash more often than usual. This is a major problem, but otherwise, 10/10. This is one of the best mods I've ever used too, which is saying quite a bit.

Because, the super jump and fast run work only with the keyboard but not with the joystick, the joystick work fine for all.

Downloaded it. Got what I wanted. A few problems though. When I use the drunk thing, it seems to end after 13-20 seconds, which I dislike. I was hoping for a being drunk always until I hit end drunk cam. Just a suggestion. Another problem, when I choose my weapon in the bodyguard/ped thing, and spawn a bodyguard, they have it but then take out a M4 and start shooting my enemies. I want them to hold the weapon I tell them to hold. The Driver driving to the waypoint also does not work. I would give this a 8/10, as it gave me plenty of things I wanted.

ok so when i used this and tried to spawn my custom car (Ferrari Italia) it basically said that it was unable to spawn car please locate the file or something like that and i haven't had problems with the 6.2 which is what i'm gonna have to revert to!! this 6.4 trainer for this IS A POS AND YOU NEED TO TELL ME WHY ITS GIVING ME THIS BULLSHIT!!

Great job on the trainer. It is simply awesome and is by far the best out there. I do have some requests if you have any time to fulfill them.

1) For menus that load from the ini (like spawned cars, etc), make those dynamic. So if I add additional objects to the object spawning menu, they show up instead of replacing the defaults altogether.

2) As of this post, you can only save one car attachment at a time in the Object menu. Could you/would you be willing to implement saving all objects attached to one ini file like you do with regular object spawning?

Number two would be the most important for my case specifically. If you have any time to do any of these the improvement would be much appreciated. If not, I understand and appreciate the work you have already done. Thank you again for a wonderful trainer.

Can you please help me? I downloaded the new 6.5 version, and followed the instructions. Downloaded ASI Loader, installed it (put the dsound.dll in GTA directory), and since i only have the base game with patch 1.0.3.0 i put the Trainer.ini, Trainer.asi and scripthook.ini in the GTA folder. When i enter the saved game, it loads, and the moment i spawn in the house, it freezes for a few seconds, and then it says GTAIV has stopped working. I downloaded the 1.0.3.0 version of the ASI Loader. Any solutions? And can you give me the link to the ASI Loader for GTAIV 1.0.3.0 just in case? Thanks.
