This ASI mod adds a completely customizable speedometer to GTA IV. The download also comes with a skin pack so you can choose your favorite speedometer texture.

u can simply use photoshop... or gimp for the ones without photoshop... xD

i am using a 1920x1200 native resolution monitor, and in this res the speedometer looks like oval and not like a circle. Is there anything that can be done?
