Doesn't sound too promising. The multiplayer part sounds way too stupid, since modding in multiplayer should be banned!

Modding in ranked games, sure, but freemode is acceptable, since you can do the shit you wanna do. There are no goals, so having mods that make you fly or go a 1000 miles an hour wouldn't be such a bad thing.

@Hypertenzion: People like you should be forcefully taken off the face of the earth. Modding in GTA 4 is what this whole fucking website is about. What's the point of modding, if you get to stay in SP and not have any FUN with it? Me and my friends play with this shit in MP, just like everyone else, but we stay in Freemode, like we should. I partly agree with you, but only in ranked games, not freemode. That's the whole point of the gamemode: To do what you want, be free. If you can do whatever you want in freemode, why can't you mod? Dumbass. Don't know how else to put it for people like you... Basically, what MyndPhreak said. Ban them in ranked games, like the stupid deathmatch and racing gamemodes, but freemode is okay because that's what the gamemode is MEANT for.
