G-Texture - Create and edit GTA IV PC texture files

This is an early release, it's pretty basic at the moment but you can create and edit textures files for the PC version of GTA IV.

If you get an error message saying something along the lines of "D3DX9_40.dll missing" this means you need to update your version of DirectX.

AGREGUE UNA DESCRIPCION DEL PROGRAMA, COMO SE DEBE USAR Y ESPECIFIQUE LA RUTA O UBICACION DE LA CARPETA DONDE SE ENCUENTRAN LOS ARCHIVOS QUE SE PUEDEN MODIFICAR.

ADD A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROGRAM, HOW TO USE AND SPECIFY THE ROUTE OR LOCATION FOLDER WHERE ARE THE FILES THAT MAY CHANGE.
