F@brice, Firat you need to open the handling.dat file located somewhere in your Grand Theft Auto IV installation folder (in your program files). Since I forgot where, it's best to google it or just use windows to search for the file, and then remember it (unlike me). Then change the values of whatever you want to change (some experimenting needed) and finally click the save button to save what you've done. IMPORTANT: you must backup the file you are editing BEFORE saving (do this by copying the file to some other place and don't edit it, then when you messed up, you can copy the file back to where you first found it and overwrite the messed up file) HTH! (Hope This Helps)

BTW (By The Way): I tried to be as clear as possible, but maybe you already knew how to backup and that stuff :)

get an error that says "Index was outside the bounds of the array" when trying to load the handling file

What does that error even mean?

lol looks like he didn't parse right. When parsing handling file, you must consider that all vehicles don't have the same # of handling properties. I have created a tool do accomplish this, and I am awaiting approval.

been using this for a long time not and its been problem free until today when i got the "index outside of bounds array" problem thing. i have used it while having added cars and new handling and it was fine but now it cant open the normal handling.dat file any more.

^ these guys who vote 1/10 are fools :P
