This isn't working for me. I play GTA4 through a steam account. I put the files were they are supposed to go and the trainer launches before the game even opens up and then causes the launcher to fail.

the same thing is happening to me. i don't use steam, i just launch it from the desktop. is there anyway around it failing?

what do i do?????when I put the files in the correct place. when i launch the game the trainer opens before the game a the launcher fails!!!!! what can i do????

my game crashes as soon as it gets launched and i see the trainer, and yes i always run as admin.

This is crashing for me too. Just downloaded it. Not sure what's wrong but the trainer loads before the game does and then I receive the following error message: Grand Theft Auto has stopped working

Tried reloading my 1.0.4.0 patch and got the game to open, at which point it crashed when I loaded my save game.

This didnt fucking work at all it just messed up my binkhooked.dll and binkw32.dll and my entire game so dont download this it will just break your game and youll have to re-install it.
