This is a program to simplify the ability of modding the vehicle colors in GTA IV. The vehicle colors specify which vehicles spawn using which colors as their paint job in-game.

Keep getting error "an error occured while loading the color data. Index was outside the bounds of the array." Anyway to fix this?? Right now it is completely un-usable thx.
