hey man i downloaded this and it works great awesome but after 5min the game goes crazy, the screen starts swaying from side to side and is unplayable. can u help me if u heard of this before and if u know how to fix it

Its Could be the trainer a few of the old ones would Turn the Drunk cam on but would not show a msg saying its turned on. Try a newer one.

Soulripper: you don't install it anywhere you just open the .exe file and it will tell you what to do from there.
