HEY,"Killer jebus7"...and for everyone who are reading this: HOW TO MAKE ANY SOUND "COMPATIBLE" INTO GTA 4 or GTA-EFLC is very simple....read this: take for exemple a shotgun sound fx in .mp3...use "AVS Audio Converter 7" (http://www.megaupload.com/?d=15UFEH2W) to convert it in .wav------------READ THIS,..IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART:

shotgun-SOUNDFX.mp3 to shotgun-SOUNDFX.wav(codec=PCM,chanel=2/0 stereo,16BIT,22050Hz)...after this manipulation,you'll be able to load/add ANY sound fx in the world you want,ANY!!!
