It doesn't work with 1.0.7.0 steam version.

Digimortal..... It says it's compatible with v1.0.4.0 AND LOWER. Anytime you buy GTA off steam, the game is automatically patched with newest version. My suggestion is to buy the dvd version of gta4.... then google gta patches to find which one suits you best. (Ugh.... I hate having to maneuver the mouse cursor around these axe ads, the friggin music is stuck in my head now. <--)
