Installation:
Use OpenIV for install.
Having opened its vehicles.img (#:Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVpcmodelscdimages)
using the command FIND to locate and delete (the DELETE) files fortune.wft and fortune.wtd
ADD command and add the files from the archive.
Then open the file handling.dat with any text editor (#:Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVcommondata), find the line BUCCANEER and replace the next:
FORTUNE 2080.0 6.0 85 0.0 0.26 -0.54 0.0 5 0.22 1.0 280.0 0.80 0.38 0.5 39.0 1.46 1.65 15.0 0.15 0.47 2.6 0.8 1.9 0.10 -0.10 0.0 0.55 1.0 1.0 1.2 1.0 0.0 16000 440000 0 0

BUT does anyone have a better handling line for this car? The brakes lock up the rear axle and skid the tail end at the slightest press of the bumper. (and no, I'm not using a keyboard...)
