the one that is done is very low quality is you are refering to the one done in 2009 thou theres always the one by pumbars not sure which one is best

This one has a choice of 2 disks. See the 4th and 5th screenie, the white-colored one. Anyways this one is a much higher quality.

Looks pretty good on pic. Somebody else made one long time ago with pretty nice rims. http://www.gta4-mods.com/vehicles/chevrolet-caprice-f3340 It's got few little bugs, nothing major, but i have that one till today. I guess I'll have to compare.
