I thought this car was a perfect replacement for the Albany Primo. Supposedly the Primo is an homage to a late 1990s Cadillac Seville, but the wheels are definitely Chrysler.

I was however supremely disappointed by the handling of this car, its like the suspension was made out of jelly. As Mr. Slavin in Hunt for Red October said, "Those charts are laid out precisely. So many knots, for so many seconds... and this thing handles like a pig!"

Anyway, I set about reworking the handling to give the car a more realistic feel. Its not the fastest vehicle in GTA IV, but it drives well. The handling is based on the actual curb weight (1627kg), 4-speed transmission, front wheel drive, and 0-60mph of around 9 seconds. Feel free to modify what I have done to better suit your needs.
