well... first impressions, it looks pretty good and the model is great, now for the more negative part, the NYPD is the wrong font, the lower blue stripe is too fat, and the lightbar looks to be a little too high. i dont mean to be very critical just some basic tips from someone who has worked a lot with NYPD themed cars. also, the blue color should be slightly darker. 5/10 for the skin :/
