how do all user you mod edit closed models you live and mods open you talk fuck you all mods do user.!!!
Now the only thing we need is someone to make a good handling line and I think that this would be near perfect.
'Open' means it's either just been released, or is still currently being worked on.
A 'closed' mod, means no one is working on it anymore.
If you still don't understand, go to gtapolicemods and look at all the mods there.
Also: There is no reason to call people names that you should be calling yourself.

Tested it. This is an awesome car, kudos to you.
It does need a handling/vehicles line though.
- glitches around rims (u need to increase gap between tyre and rim) + they could be paintable
- lights texture are low quality
- no brake calipers?
