Before you all say anything else and prove that you don't know anything about modding just take a look, give a try to look at driver cars. you will see that converting Forza cars is a walk in a park. And from who you stole that engine from? 3d warehouse? :D lol
I did look at Driver SF cars and they're much easier than Forza. Atleast you don't have to model anything from scratch.

@chasez.. Kot's Veyron is one of the most downloaded mods over here. And it's got 25k downloads in around 2 years. While your best mod got around 14k only in around 3 years. I'm not a modder, and I haven't got any modding skill, but I've deeply tested almost all the mods released since 3 years and what I can say is that 99% of them are far from perfection.
And the problem is not the polycount, you can make shit with 200k poly, and rockstar made pretty decent cars with a lot less.
So if you want a contest I can give you one: Make a perfect car with no more than 20% more poly than the original Rockstar car.
Make it with all the working part, all the optimized LOD, good characters placement, working opening mechanisms, no normal map bug...
Actually all of the original game functionality, and everything a good mod should have.
