From what I see on screenshots:

-Tires with reflecting specular (should be matte)

-Inappropriate hood insulation.

-Ugly and LQ rims.

-Ugly and LQ spoiler which doesn't even fit the car. If you want, you could try a small lip on the boot.

Last thing, the Crown Victoria will never be a race car so you should try a different tuning or keep it stock.

This would be okay if you removed the spoiler and the decals. And fixed the rims.
