Before Install:
1.- You must use Spark IV Tool, Download from
http://www.gta4-mods.com/tools/sparkiv-065-for-gta-iv-1010---1060-f4774
2.- Install it
3.-You should use Simple Native Trainer 6.0 (or upper) Download from http://www.gtagarage.com mods/show.php?id=5646
4.-Install it.
Install the GRIPEN
1.- Backup originals files
2.- Select your option
3.- Open SparkIV and replace annihilator.wtd and annihilator.wft to C: ... Grand Theft Auto IV/pc/models/cdimages/vehicles.img
4.- Save and rebuild
Note: Also You can replace the TBOGT buzzard (after: you must find a buzzard sound file to replace it with the Jet Engine Sound)
Save and Exit
Install the Rockets
1.- If you have GTA IV patch 1.0.4.0.( or other, but not 1.0.7.0) place all files from the Annihilator with Rockets Folder in your GTA IV directory
2.- If you have GTA IV patch 1.0.7.0, edit with WordPad or another tool the C: ... Grand Theft Auto IV/pc/models/cdimages/Weaponinfo.XML
2.1.- Find Minigun, and replace by the lines provided in the Annihilator Rockets for patch 1.0.7 folder
Install the Jet Engine Sound
1.- Backup originals files
2.- Import HELICOPTER.ivaud from Jet Engine Sound foder to Grand Theft Auto IV/pc/audio/sfx/resident.rpf using SparkIV
3.- Save it
Note: If You replaced the TBOGT buzzard (you must find a buzzard sound file to replace it with the Jet Engine Sound)
How to use:
1.- Run GTA IV or EFLC
2.- Open the Simple Native Trainer
3.- Select Car Spawning, Select ANNIHILATOR or Buzzard, Press Mum Pad 5 (to spawn the GRIPEN)
If a black color Gripen was espaned, press R-Ctrl + NumPad 8 to set the Original Color
4.- Use Helicopters control Keys to fly the Gripen
5.- To fire the Rockets press Right Mouse Button or the key you assigned in the .ini file
6.- To fire the guns: press space or Left Mouse Button
7.- (Important:) Before get out from the Gripen: Open the Simple Native Trainer, go to Car Options, select turn engine off,
now you can jump out safety
Ready for play. HAVE FUN! :D

i tried replacing both the annihilator and the buzzard replacing the annihilator back to the first gripen model fixed it so it's the model itself crashing the game for some reason
So we can only replace either Buzzard or Annihilator? :(
I wanted to replace it with my TBoGT swift...
if you wanna to set annihilator throw the rocket, you can edit Weaponinfo.XML. here is:

@ GTAforever35: Hello mate. For patch 1.0.7.0 You should do the same as metalwars and zzcool:
1.-Keep or set your last or original vehicles.ide and Hanling. dat lines.
2.- At first no make changes in the weaponinfo, install all the mod first, then when: you can spawn the GRIPEN and fly it. You can try to change the weaponinfo file. We need to be carefull To edit the Weaponinfo.XML, any wrong character can make crash the game. If you did change your Weaponinfo.XML and the game crash, reset to your last or original weaponinfo.xml
3.- Use the Helicopters Fly Keys to control the GRIPEN (VTOL)
Here are the original GTA IV Vehicles.ide and Hanling.dat lines: Is Very Important That You align the columns of this lines with the columnus in your vehicles.ide Hanling.dat files (they must have for the Same spacing that yours hanling and Vehicles files)

Uhmmmm .... i keep getting crash every time i spawn it , i use the default handling.dat , and i'm sure i'm not out of memory for spawning it .
i'm sure there is and issue with the model .
what should i do with the annihilator.bak ???
Please replace the files annihilator.wtd and annihilator.wft using Open IV (not Spark) and rebuild vehicle.img
you do not need to use the annihilator.bak (it is only a backup file)
At firt try without install the Rockets mod, if work Install it:

I wish to add a flying car. I wanted to use an Audi RSQ and replace the buzzard. But it gives heli motor sound to the RSQ. Do you think I can replace this sound with the sound of your mode to give my car a more credible sound ? On GTA San Andreas I reverse the heli/audi line with an airplane line in a .txt file, and it reverses the sound. But i can't do this on GTA IV because there's no plane.
What do you think about it ? If it's work, the result should be an Audi RSQ which fly like an helicopter and shoots rockets, with a reactor sound. Could be cool no ?
