Description:
- Used all the main features of the game's engine
- Realistic dirt and paint
- All the passangers are sitting in the right places
- Every part is damageable
- Tires burst as it should
- Detailed study interior, engine and other parts of the car
- Easy camera (sight)
- Realistic configuration management
- It is possible to paint the wheels in a different color
- 4 extras
- Fixed a bug causing departure from the game

Install:
- Open vehicles.img using Spark IV or Open IV (....GTA IVpcmodelscdimages)
- Find model and replace the appropriate files for the ones in archive (feltzer.wft and feltzer.wtd)
- Replace the standard lines in handling.dat, vehicles.ide and carcols.dat with the ones below
- Save changes
