why cant someone make a Subaru impreza 08 or 09 and put the decal on the actual car hell you could even add a ken block skin to go with the shoes someone already made shit i really need to learn how to create car mods

Hello, I made this mod out from seeing this car in DIRT2 and i knew i could make something like it, i dont know how to make car to Gta IV so i make skins. I did actually make something that goes to the shoes, I have made pants, sweater, cap and a jacket. It will be out today or as soon it works. Ken Block Clothes Pack
