You'll need: *[GTA-IVaud(for editing .ivaud files)]
*[Audacity(for editing sound and rate of hz)]
/
1.Find good sound on YouTube
2.Download it as mp3.
3.Extract original sound by use'ing, SparkIV(Audio/Sfx/Streamed_vechicles.rpf)
6.Open that .ivaud in GTA-IVaud and export on desktop.
5.Edit sound from YT in Audacity set this same and scale-hz as in original .ivaud and export as WAV (mono-16bit.)
6.Save and Re-name this file as original.
7.Open GTA-IVaud and replace your sound.
