i hate tuning 2/10

Looks nice, but I don't like the tuning models. I like the clean and "normal" versions of almost any car.

model looks don't good

High quality doesnt just mean, that you have to put huge textures on it... in fact, because of the 3mb texture file, you will get a lot of traffic lost... So even tough it looks good, it doesnt fit in the game. If you are such a big pro, optimize it.

good work Kotton. i dont see why there has to be as many hate between fellow modders. i wont go like all crazy rating it a 1 and spam the comments, never was that kind of guy. 9/10 for this one; one thing: you should consider using lower poly parts for L1/L2. High detailed LOD parts arent really necessary, you wouldnt see the high quality / details in distance anyway, but probably lack of perfomance (tho this would be more of a problem for slow PCs).also this just cause bigger .wft file (almost 3MB, IV engine will handle it but its not necessary) you say "Optimized 4 IV" i dont really see where.. well nice job anyway specially on the scratch stuff. greetz

IV draws blood and bullet holes on the L1 parts. So, if the L1 doesnt exactly fit the L0 in shape, the blood blobs and bullet holes won't be drawn out correctly. I don't actually hate you. Its just the fact that you made no research before converting a car (like Threep's R10 for the first time, and that 300C you released was made for SA by Ikey07 - you coulda found those in like 2 minutes and give them the proper credits if you wanted - handling lines would have been a lot easier as well). Also i didnt like the roll cage and the rear lights on your M3. If the 'stang comes out nice, i won't be dissin or spam anything.

@ smokey: i like your cars, but like X said, it's easy to contact the first modder of the model.Hope you learned from it so the vete can come to an end. And big WFT files cause lags on slow pc's? my kid has my old comp that had some lagging with original, i tweaked it and now it runs with 48 replaced models.It's common that you need triple or quad core to run IV at proper speed. @locutusH: 3Mb is the mesh of the car, not the textures. If you dig into GTA IV you will know that texture files can't be bigger then 1,5MB and in the IMG file they are compressed to 1MB. Download G-Texture and trie to make a file bigger then 1,5MB, you get a red error and the file becomes 0mb. i like the car very much, i dislike the stock 599.but that is a matter of taste.I see people rate stuff very low without looking to the effort that is put in. And about Kotton? yes he's a pro, he's one of the first MAX moddelers that digged into ZM and pulled some great stuff out of GTA IV 's azz.Lot's of max moddelers hate ZM, but meh, ZM moddelers hate MAX. I also don't care about interiors, fuk that, i like the car . whoops long comment ;)

Its simple, because almost everyone rates based on screenshots, and not actual knowledge, or gameplay testing. (Not that this car wouldnt be worth a 9/10, just to be correct.)

Rating on screenshots sucks big time, when moddelers and modders put a lot of time in it, the least someone could do is to put it ingame and rate it then.It takes about 6 minutes ( i added the time of the game loading).

REmember what i told u the other day KOT???? PPl judge mods here based on the screenies and not by testing it themselves(Which totally sucks IMO)

XSB, i do know what LOD parts are used for. i didnt say go use ultra low poly parts instead of the actual meshes, just lower poly then the main mesh (there are ways to safe polys to use less and i guess kotton knows how). also i didnt say its anything wrong with a 3MB .wft i just said its not necessary. as for other discussion, this isnt the right place.

Speaking of the car itself, - the aiming position is bad - the rims are bugged when the tires are blown - first person view is low, we just see a big steering wheel.. - handling is also instable

The car looks super, but the camera position sucks and PLEASE make the propper LIBERTY CITY licenceplates!
