Say, 10/10 before, but you mind if I fix the texture? 100% guaranteed, the users and the guests of gta4-mods.com in USA will be not very confused with this, and it will bring the ratings up into the clouds. E-Special = Especial (it would be better if you write Ex-Special Weapon And Tactics = because you can drive it without any weapon and that f-ing police clothes :D). nice mod but.... i think the S.W.A.T and its logo can you make it at the middle of the front door,i think u need to fix that textures (i dont think so SWAT = FBI) anyway 10/10 :)
