Paintjob template included. Use as addon, not replacement!

Well, this is just a beta made up from various sources. Beta as in "beta model" not "beta release". The release is final and won't be touched at all again.
Got some very nice paintjobs by Outz, plates by des (NO, I do not make them smaller! :P), beautiful ADV.1 rims by KamikaZ!
Thanks for some original game parts to Lord Neo, tho I did not use much of them.
And w/o the general help by Chipi, it would not be available at all. Lots of scratch work went into this huge project this time.

If you wanna host it, host it. BUT BE CAREFULL! This is a huge WFT size mod and it is NOT supposed to be installed on weak systems. So if you host it, make a big warning, the big filesize is NOT accidentally but with malice aforethought!
So if anyone complains "booohoo huge wft file size 0/10 it crashed my computer you prick" then go there and say "Yes, asshole! And I ENJOYED IT! HA HA!"
The other side: awesome details! If you want low filesize and low details, wait for smokeys Porsche, which I am sure he will make, and I am sure about its awesome quality AND mini filesize. Well, IF he really does one. Replaces: 1000 unloaded textures.

Of course, fulcrum. Not alone because a) you don't need to backup the stock car, b) you don't need to replace 2 door with 2 door, c) you don't need to let it exist in vehcycle, d) deleting it from the game is easier, e) the IMG file stays smaller

Adding is just if you don't want to make the car spawn in traffic but still it should spawn when you drive it I think...

Depends on what vehicles line values you use Bid96. You can completely exclude cars from being spawned. Stock cars should not get excluded at all to keep the game kinda "untouched" for mission relevant things. Why even bother with original IMG and WFT if you can simply walk into Mordor and add on.

Why my game crash when I use this:(, I know the file size was big. But when I use other's big file mod, game won't crash.

The mod overstresses your game, or you made something wrong, or you used that dumb mod installer which is NOT recommended at all.

Thanks, Threep. But there have been some traffic control mods. What if I add these added cars to them? And upto how many added cars are supported in GTA:IV?

In the ide line, why there are 2 VEH@LOW?

p991, p991, car, P991, VOODOO, VEH@LOW, VEH@LOW, VEH@LOW_LU2_RI2, 0, 0, 0.28, 0.28, 0, 5, 1.0 ,0, ext_strong+sports+livery

the normal ide line own 1 only..

@fk1794: why even bother with a modders setting? Just use it, and everything is ok ;)

@LOV2XLR: "beta" means beta MODEL not beta RELEASE. Read the description please, it answers any question! ;)

@motherchoker: there won't be any stock car ever from me. Please read the description.

@fulcrum: iirc 23 per handling file, 2 or 3 handling file for patch 4, and multiple handling files for patch 7. At least thats what worked here.

Just replace the e_sign_1 with empty and delete all the other e_sign_blabla images.

Additionally, EPM does not make the file bigger! It does not even effect the file size. to make the wft smaller, a lot of detailled parts have to be deleted or remodelled to be low poly.

Never, this über-high poly mesh will stay beta. We have got better sources for that model now which are easier to install and not that poly-heavy. Besides that, the new mesh is "one rip" and not a mixed mesh out of three games and too much scratch work like this mesh I used/made.

Sooner or later those will be converted.

@fk: left brake light IS working - why don't you say its all about that shiny dummy thingy? Sorry, can't fix that. All I could do is to hide that one.

.. and I really wondered why my uploaded version is different from my ingame version, where all light worked ..

@Threep Don't understand what are you hiding, the light is working but the "enbspritelight.png" isn't, I mean the transparent red light.

Not the actual brake light, is the light effect. Dunno if you understand what I mean. :-/

fk: the light sources of a vehicle have the dummy itself being lit as a "globe", that spritelight you talk about. There is brakelight_l, brakelight_r and brakelight_m. Since I have two moving parts I must use two dummies for those, and the "usual" brakelight only has one dummy left. That one can be hidden since I can not split it into two parts.

This vehicle does go to the GTA IV speed limit which can not be exceeded by any mod.

Reuploaded the rar again, with the hidden right brake light dummy now.

but the handling line is horrible, i propose this one (not perfect, but more realistic
