ProVehicleMod is a Grand Theft Auto IV PC Game mod that allows you to spawn any car you want inside game. It's implemented with a simple GUI that allows you easily to find, view and select any vehicle you want.

i know this is a little off topic but wonder if anyone can help me, i am just starting to mod my games for pc but i am a bit of a noob at it. can any tell me the best patch and what programmes i neeed to mod vehicles, and what an asi script is? im really stuck :S
