I'd suggest for final release you try to do something with the constant rolling and driving on 2 wheels everywhere and the rear suspention looks funny but i'm not sure how the real things suspention works.

Otherwise its perfect!

i hate toyotas, but needless to say this truck looks awesome. the light bar, the bed gear, the tires, it all looks awesome. you should do a silverado prerunner like this ;)

nice drop R1, the suspension mesh compression is off the chain and it looks real good for how low in poly it is, and I love the modeled tires as well- scale is a bit big and the handling is too sloppy imo, but v1'll definitely be legit.. keep up the good work!

I tried fiddling with the handling.dat suspention and centre of gravity but they dont really have an effect anyone know what else could make it more stable.

@R1- I take that back, the handling is money.. it's the center axis/vehicle nodes' positioning - if you raise everything in scene with the exception of the wft node, chassis node and bodyshell node, then reposition those parts axis to their corresponding nodes, you'll stabilize the ungodly pitch and roll

I think close to my handling.

@tall70:the size was intended. i allready told that this one is 10% bigger ant mutch wider.you see the shocks move not to the line of the transmission when you take a corner because this truck has long pitch of spring, its a bug of the game not of the truck. lift a patriot and have a look of the rear axle. ;)

we can't modify the handling to make it have less pitch and roll (not without sacrificing the adaptive suspension), it has to come from your side and the center axis placement..

my video shows the extreme side of stability (what's capable), whereas for realism imo, your trophy should be between where it is now, and what I've shown ..but even if you leave it untouched, it's still fun to drive and a kick ass drop ;)

roman, no one wants the thailand plate but you. if a thaiwanese car comes to america, it still gets an american plate.

Its hellrace's mod and the license plate could say ILOVEDICK and there's not a goddamn thing you can do about because it's not your mod. if you don't like it, and you can't figure out how to change the license plate, then don't use it.

If you want a car in GTAIV buy a 3D-Model and modify it..thats the easiest way ;)

vorallem die stelle an der tankstelle im ersten arial war hamma

mit den ganzen felsen

da konnte man mim 4 höherlegungspack un guten rockcrawlerreifen richtig geil drüber :P

You sir are a fucking idiot. The truck is called a Tacoma and is MADE in San Antonio, TX. Therefore, it is an American MADE Vehicle. The HILUX is Basically the same truck, just different name(No clue as to why). If you want to get technical, then hellracerR1 could just CHANGE THE FUCKING NAME OF THE TRUCK. end rant.

HellracerR1... I really love the truck. It reminds me of mine. I got an 06 Tacoma 4door short bed that I rebuilt to be a prerunner. same suspension and basic setup. Wish I could have spoken to you alot sooner, I could have sent you pics of the build-up for reference. I have just 2 problems with the truck. 1) the hood scope is offset to the side just a bit. No biggie, just drives me crazy to see that on a nearly flawless truck. and 2) Technically, it is misnamed. The truck is more of a Prerunner than a trophy truck BECAUSE of the interior. Trophy trucks are esensially a Tube Chassis and a Shell for a body. A Prerunner is Basically a trophy truck with a steel cab, less horsepower, and a plush interior.like I said before, no biggie. I work in the Desert racing industry, and its nice to see some of our vehicals being represented in GTA 4. Keep up the good work.

This truck is very good, the suspension is perfect for and off road racing truck. However, it's more of a "pre-runner" than a trophy truck. And most trophy truck are 2wd. But it is very good!
