You must replace the Willard, replacing another car won't work.

Three types:

Semi-trailer (for cars)
With lumber
Oil truck Replaces: Willard

Fixes Fixes ^^

You should try to get the ramp as an extra (on the car hauler)

and do the upper part moveable as the doors on the standart one^^
