@Buzz996 It is for gta iv .. the last screenshot is from fallout that's all he said. How can it not be for gta 4 XD.. you see niko holding the gun on the screens don't you?

To adjust the damage and Force to feel semi realistic when shooting vehicles you need to adjust the damage to 10000 (<-- yes 10k Vehicles take a small fraction of the damage.) and Force to 500-700. This will cause ai to get pushed back 2-3ft. With the damage set to 10000 ai dies in 1 hit w/ or w/out armor and vehicles will take at least 3-4 to start smoking and eventually explode. At 10k damage vehicles only take 600dmg. Im not exactly sure why, it could just be my game.
