1.- Open SparkIV and replace w_psg1.wdr and w_psg1.wtd to C: ... Grand Theft Auto IV pc models cdimages weapons.img
2.- Save and rebuild
For auto fire replace ak47 from Auto fire folder
Ready for play... Have Fun...

For first - there is no such a weapon like m21 EBR ... - just m14 EBR and m39EMR

Weapons are easy to convert from SA converted models to GTA IV using Zmodeler 2.2.4 (watch the coltmaster1911 video) You can find Zmod 2.2.4 working OK version in gtamania.ru
I watch coltmaster1911's video and try to convert this model(thefree3dmodels.com/stuff/weapons/m4a1/18-1-0-776) but I can't get the hand position right
1.-Modify - Move - (swich on )Affect Child (and or)(swich) Move Pivot Only - click in the blue (or green box) and rear it to the correct position also you can use:
2.-Select: Modify - Rotate - (swich on) Rotate Geometry and Rotate Matrix - do click in the bue (or green) box - rotate the box or the model to the correct position, ready!
remember save your progress frecuently. Good Luck! :D
About your request: OK and: If you can find any stoner machine gun model (to convert for GTAIV) give me the link
