Yes i dident get the handposision (grip2) to fit perfect.
i dont really know why it doesent work but i will try
to fix it and make a update. hope you understand.

Install:

download spark iv Here:
http://www.thegtaplace.com/downloads/f3475-sparkiv-064
Then open weapon.image you find it in C/Program x86/Rockstargames/Gta iv/pc/Models/cdimages/weapon.image
then open it with spark iv and import the weapon.
Example:

Chris Costa M4 ,import both w_m4.wdr and w_m4.wtd and replace. Then click save and rebuilt, DONE!

You can chose to replace both ....... do what ever you want :)
!!!BUT!!! i recommend You replace it as i put it , becuz else it can be bugs with the hand posision.


###! Ps, Dont leave spark iv up when you start the game, that will make the game crash and dont forget to backup !###

Sound Install:
Example:
Chris Costa M4, Download Gta ivaud here http://www.gtagaming.com/downloads/gta-iv/tools/3996.
Then put it on the desk and open spark iv. GO to C/Program x86/Rockstargames/Gta iv/pc/Sound/Sfx/resident and open it.
Then export "Weapon.img" to some where you can find it. Then open Gta ivaud and import weapon. In Gta ivaud find M4_SHOT1_L and M4_SHOT1_R and right
click on eatch another and replace them with the sound files thats in the "sound folder you downloaded". When its done press save and close Gta ivaud.
Then open up spark iv agian and import weapon.img and click save and rebuilt DONE! HAVE FUN!
